To strengthen the employment support for disabled jobseekers, the Labour Department has launched a counselling  scheme and appointed BOKSS as the scheme’s provider of free psychological and emotional counselling services to needy job seekers with effect from 1 September 2016. Jobseekers with emotional problems, when necessary, will be referred to BOKSS. Our social workers will provide professional psychological and emotional counselling to alleviate their emotional distress due to their disability, personal or family problems and help them concentrate on finding job and settle in employment and thus realising their potentials.
