Our Vision

Enhancing Hope, Co-producing Recovery
Our Mission
We strive to provide a holistic, collaborative, educational platform for Recovery-focus training and courses on Mental Health and Self-management for ALL.
We celebrates strengths and successes rather than highlighting deficits or problems, and aim to convey messages of hope, empowerment and opportunity.
Through ‘Co-production’ education model, we encourage students to learn recovery concept and relevant knowledge to develop their strengths, enhance mental wellness, achieve meaningful lives and support each other’s recovery journeys.
Our Role
Inspired by Recovery Colleges in the United Kingdom, our courses provide strategies and techniques that students can take away with them and use in their daily live to promote mental health recovery and wellness. Through engaging and interactive learning, it allows students to determine their personal recovery path and goals, and receive peer support along the journey.
